Custom Manufacturing Timeline & Order Policy

 

1. Custom Made-to-Order Timeline
All Safe2dock fenders are custom-manufactured by hand to your exact specifications. We do not hold standard inventory or warehouse stock. Because these items are built exclusively for you, please ensure you review your selections carefully before purchasing.

• Production Time: Manufacturing takes up to 28 working days from the date your order is finalized.

• Airfreight Delivery: Once built, your order is dispatched via priority airfreight directly to your door (taking up to 7 working days). Priority airfreight and Transit Protection is fully included in your retail price.

2. Order Confirmation & The 7-Day Cancellation Window
Upon receiving your order, we will contact you directly to confirm your specifications before we send the design to the factory floor.

• The Grace Period: Because incoming merchant clearings can take up to 7 days to process, you have a strict 7-day grace period from your initial checkout date to change your mind or cancel the order without manufacturing penalties.

• Once this 7-day window closes and production begins, the order cannot be modified or halted.

3. Cancellations & Refund Penalties
If you choose to cancel your order within the allowed 7-day window, you will receive a refund of your funds less a 15% cancellation fee and an administration fee. These non-negotiable deductions cover costs outside our control, including:

• Non-refundable inward and reversal transaction fees (Stripe, PayPal, Visa, etc.).

• Inward and reversal foreign exchange (FX) conversion fees.

• A flat administrative handling fee of US$50 per item ordered.

 

4. Acceptance of Terms
By checking the agreement box on our Checkout page and proceeding with your payment, you officially agree to Safe2dock’s custom manufacturing timelines, signature delivery requirements, and refund cancellation policies. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with the checkout.
